Leonero, “Black Lion” more than just a mascot

An unique character, the first ever Italian rugby mascot, created as a jumping board for communication and to initiate various projects. A full sized, flesh and bones mascot, worn by a mime artist who entertains the crowd, has his photo taken with the children, and is always present at all events whether sports related or not; he has his own jingle and cheerleaders, the Leonerine. |

Rugby Business School, starting with Performanager

Starting from my experience with Performanager, the managerial formation method developed for Viadana was set up in collaboration with work psychologists and experts in managerial formation, a new method and a new Rugby Business School. |
